These sessions are aimed at total beginners and you’ll learn all the key skills and techniques perfect for those of you who have always wanted to try running but have felt you were not fit enough, fast enough or strong enough. Our course will take you safely and gently to introduce you to learning how to run in a supportive group environment where no one gets left behind. The first week you will only need to jog a total of 60 seconds at one time making it perfect for those who have never run before and eventually conditions you to run 5k or maybe even more!
