Health walks are an ideal way of easing into some exercise. These walks are suitable for all ages and abilities and they are short and free. Walking is really social as you can do it in groups and meet new people. There are a variety of walks for you to get involved in which are graded from 1st Steps (our easiest) to grade 4 (most challenging). Fancy a walk around your local countryside whilst having a chat?
