HIIT

Melt fat fast with this high intensity class. A HIIT class features short bursts of maximum intensity with longer periods of  rest. The high intensity periods should be performed at near maximum effort and the recovery intervals at less so. The benefits of HIIT is that you will be burning calories at a faster rate for up to 24 hours post workout. The bodyweight exercises are designed to get your heart rate up to the max. Instructors provide low-impact options for each move so the class is accessible to all fitness levels.
