Outdoor Body-Weight Training

Join us to BURN FAT and TONE UP in this one hour class where we will work every major muscle in the body.  The class focus is on getting you lean and strong in a fun and supportive group environment. The best part is you get to enjoy the fresh air.  All ladies are welcome to this class and you don’t need to be super fit as our amazing trainers will help you to choose the pace and intensity in order to make sure the class is challenging and achievable. Classes will consist of exercises incorporating:  resistance, power, cardio and agility giving you the platform to transform your body

Suspension Training Course

Come and join us and develop strength, balance, core stability and flexibility all at the same time. Suspension trainers help you work through multi planar and compound exercises. The results are amazing giving you a cardio,strength and flexibility workout. You don't need to be super fit or super strong to join!

This 4 week course costs £20.
