Swimming is great for your general well-being. It tests your physical fitness by working every muscle in your body. It can lower stress levels and improve your sleep patterns so whether it is work or the kids stressing you out, find the time to make a splash in the pool. It is a really low-impact way to exercise as the water supports up to 90 per cent of the body’s weight and you can determine the intensity by the stroke that you choose.
Learn to Swim
This six week course will take you on a journey from non-swimmer to being able to swim 25m unaided. The course will focus on building water confidence and teaching you basic strokes. If you are nervous of getting in the pool don’t worry, you’re not alone and help is at hand from our friendly instructor.
