Thai Kick Boxing

Thai Kickboxing works out almost every part of the body – including the mind! It’s a great way to relieve stress by punching, kicking, kneeing and elbowing pads while burning up to 600 calories during a typical session. It’s a really fun way to lose weight and tone muscles as well as learning self defence and building confidence. All levels of fitness and ability are welcome.
